A little help.

For the grown-up beside the bunny.

Bunny Moon is coming soon to iPhone and iPad. These answers explain how the app works.

Which devices can we use?

iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. Play in landscape using touch or a hardware keyboard.

How do I leave a game?

Type exit on a keyboard, or press and hold the faint dot in the top-left corner for two seconds. Sessions also end on their own after your chosen 3, 5 or 10 minutes, with the moon high and bunny settling down.

How do I open all seven games?

Colour drops and Peekaboo are free. To open the full collection, tap a locked game on the home screen, answer the grown-up’s question, then choose Unlock all games. The unlock is a one-time purchase, includes future game additions and supports Family Sharing.

Final pricing will be confirmed at launch. Downloading the app, buying the unlock and restoring a purchase require an internet connection. The games themselves work offline.

I bought it on another device

Tap a locked game, answer the grown-up’s question, then choose Restore an earlier purchase. Connect to the internet and use the same Apple Account you bought with.

There’s no sound

Bunny Moon respects silent mode and your device’s volume controls. Turn silent mode off and raise the media volume. If headphones are connected, check that the sound is going to the device you expect.

How do refunds work?

Apple handles purchases and refund requests. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem page to request a refund.

How do I hear about launch?

Request a launch notification by sending us an email. The website opens a draft in your email app; you still need to send it. There is no website sign-up form.

Need a hand?

Email support@bunnymoon.app. For a technical problem, tell us your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and what happened. No details about your child are needed.
